Madison Siever

About Our Law Firm

Madison was raised in Apex, North Carolina. She graduated summa cum laude from Appalachian State University with a major in political science and pre-legal studies concentration. During her time at App, Madison was awarded fellowship to the Government and Justice Department where she took the majority of her courses. Additionally, she was a member of Delta Zeta and Phi Alpha Delta.

Madison studied law at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York. At St. John’s, she served as a staff member of the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal, the official publication of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section where she gained insight into current real property legal developments and further honed her research and editing skills. Madison also served as Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

During her time at St. John’s, Madison worked as a legal extern and summer associate at the Basile Law Firm, focusing on issues involving real-world securities litigation and predatory lending matters. Madison also worked extensively drafting an amicus brief filed by the firm in a matter pending before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Madison returned to her home state upon graduation and is honored to serve the people of North Carolina.  She handles State Felony, Misdemeanor, and Juvenile charges in Criminal Court, and Child Support, Juvenile, and Abuse/Neglect matters on the Civil side.

Madison has adopted two cats from rescue organizations in the Carolinas, and in her free time enjoys running (marathoner!!), attending country concerts, and cheering for the ‘neers!
